Jay Anne Boza is an award-winning photographer with over 20 years of experience. Her work has evolved into a deep passion for landscape and deep space astrophotography. Based in Austin, Texas, she specializes in creating breathtaking images of the night sky—from the vast Milky Way arching over landscapes across the U.S. and abroad to the intricate detail of distant nebulae and galaxies.
Her work blends artistic vision with technical precision, capturing the interplay of light, motion, and the cosmos through both still imagery and time-lapse video. Her unique perspective brings the night sky to life in ways that are both immersive and visually striking.
Jay Anne’s photography has earned recognition from the Austin Astronomical Society, and she received the prestigious Nightscaper Award—an honor among the world’s top astrophotographers. Her expertise in time-lapse also led to a bluebonnet sequence being featured in a Whataburger commercial.
She works with a wide range of professional equipment, including Sony, Canon, Nikon, and ZWO astro-imaging systems, along with a variety of lenses and telescopes.
Through workshops and mentoring, Jay Anne shares her knowledge and techniques, helping others capture the awe-inspiring beauty of the universe.
